Standing Desk Timer – this was an exciting find this week! I found this awesome browser based time that allows you to basically set an interval timer for your standing/sitting at a desk or table. I highly recommend it, even if you don’t have a standing desk!
Julia Child Retreat in France – yes, please.
Vegan Enchiladas – I can’t wait to try these lightened up enchiladas.
Strength + Tabata Workout (by Fitnessista) – I did this workout this week as part of Fitnessista’s Winter Shape Up. It was awesome! It’s only 20 minutes and can easily be done from home or at the gym.
“The Chipotle of _______” – I am guilty of saying this to explain what a new restaurant or business is like! Interesting article on an interesting business model.
