Last Week’s Workouts [Week of 2/8/16]

Hi there! I can’t believe it’s already Week 3 of the Winter Shape Up challenge I’m participating in.  Time flies when you’re on a schedule and being held accountable by a few hundred motivating women. 


Here’s a look back at last week’s workouts:

Monday: 2 rounds of Workout 3 (so hard!) of the Winter Shape Up 2016.

Tuesday: 30 mins steady state cardio (brisk walk on treadmill) + stretching.

Wednesday: REST // take the stairs at work, use my stand up desk, stretch in my office and throughout the day.

Thursday: 1-hour training session (30 air squats x 2, 15 assisted pull-ups x 2, 30 kettle bell swings x 2, 15 dips x 2, push sled up and back, side steps with band around ankles, 10 burpees w/ jump to bar x 2, 50 rope slams x 2, 25 rows w/ bands x 2)

Friday: 2 rounds of Workout 3 again.

Saturday: This Total Body Barre video.

Sunday: REST.

I know it’s hard to get up and get moving each day when it’s cold, rainy and gross out.  But I hope you all are working up a sweat as much as possible.  Did you try any fun workouts this week?
